Want to know how to make this gorgeously sweet White Chocolate Tiffin Recipe then look below.......

Now this is the easiest, quickest, non-cook cake recipe ever and its amazing. myself and my housemate experimented from normal chocolate tiffin cake to white chocolate to see if it would work.. and it definitely did!

What you need

- 300g White Chocolate
- 150g Golden Syrup
- 100g Butter
- 250g Digestive Biscuits

1. Put in a bowl (which can be put over a saucepan) - the golden syrup, butter and white chocolate.

2. In another bowl crush up the digestive biscuits with a wooden spoon to a reasonable size.

3. Over boiling water melt the golden syrup, chocolate and butter until it resembles a smooth mixture (4.)

5. Next pour in the digestive biscuits until they are covered in the white chocolate mixture.

6. Line a squared baking tin with cling film and place mixture into the baking tray. Smooth over the surface. Put into the fridge over night for best quality. Best set after 3 hours. Cut into squares and take out of the tin.

For best results keep in the fridge.

Also for a normal tiffin - replace the white chocolate with 150g of milk chocolate and 150g dark chocolate, and also add raisins!

Have you made your own white chocolate tiffin?
